Kirsten is was an answer to prayer

Kirsten was answered prayer, and was sent by God to partner with me in a season that I couldn’t see my way out of. I needed more than “spiritual counseling” or life direction. My body was completed defeated, depleted, fatigued, and burned out from many months of working in anti trafficking. I needed answers and to connect with what was actually happening in my body and mind, and that I was going to be okay and would recover. Kirsten used many tools, much wisdom, and took the time to listen- while applying her experience to bring me into a place with God again where my soul could be healed, my body could be strengthened, and I could begin to walk in the fullness in complete wholeness of who I was created to be. I thought my recovery time would be never ending- but from my weekly meetings, and allowing time with God to fill my Spirit, it was remarkable to see my body fully restored and full of life again.

A holistic approach
